The class is heated to approximately 95 degrees.

This class is the original hot yoga class, also known as Bikram Yoga or Hot 26. It consists of a series of 26 poses and 2 breathing exercises performed in a specific order. This series systematically works every muscle, tendon, ligament, organ, gland, cell and joint in the body, while simultaneously improving concentration, patience and determination. While the series is challenging and requires discipline and commitment, it is a great foundational class to build strength, flexibility, endurance, mental fortitude and breath awareness. This class is highly recommended for any new or experienced practitioner. In the 90 minute class every pose is performed twice. In the 75 and 60 minute classes, some poses are performed only once. This class is heated to approximately 105 degrees.
Join us for this open community vegetarian potluck where we come together, offer up and share food, discuss passages from various spiritual texts and how we can apply them to our everyday life, and connect with like-minded people exploring and traveling the yogic path. This event is free and open to the public. In exchange, we ask that you please just contribute food or service (organizing and/or cleaning) in return.
The practice of Yin Yoga provides the perfect balance to an active (yang) yoga practice and lifestyle. Focusing on long-held floor poses, combined with attention on breath and stillness, yin yoga goes beneath the superficial muscles to target the dense connective (yin) tissues of the body, particularly in the hips, pelvis and lower back, which are difficult to open and can result in both limited flexibility and stagnant energy. We will also attend to such overstressed areas of the body as the neck and shoulders. Meditation and pranayama (breathing techniques) are complementary practices to Yin Yoga. This class will open with pranayama techniques, flow through a series of yin poses, and end with meditation, all of which will help the practitioner relieve tension and stress, let go and find more peace in their lives. All levels are welcome and highly encouraged to come to this class. This class is room temperature.
This class is physically led by the instructor with minimal verbal cues, and the class is set to music with dimmer lighting; therefore students attending must already have a strong familiarity of the OHY series. It’s good motivation to learn the series and become a regular practitioner! This class is heated to approximately 105 degrees.
(Please Note: this class is only for regular practitioners of OHY who are very familiar with the series)
This Hatha/Vinyasa style class is based on Jimmy Barkan’s Method of Hot Yoga, consisting of five Vinyasa flows that integrate many of the familiar postures in the Original Hot Yoga series. This class is dynamic and challenging but suitable for all levels. Since it is a fairly set sequence of flows, new practitioners will quickly acclimate and experienced practitioners will be able to explore the depths of their practice and variations more easily. This class is heated to approximately 95 degrees.
A dynamic sequence of several postures including many of the 26 poses from the original hot beginners series, as well as sun salutations and other postures from the advanced 84 sequence. This class is room temperature.
Open mat practice is an opportunity for students to engage in their own self-study and practice while having access to two open studio spaces (one with heat and mirrors / one without heat and mirrors). It is important to know that a teacher will not be present in the room at all times but will be on site if there are questions. Ambient music will be playing at a minimal level. This resource is available free of charge to unlimited members and a $5 drop in for non-members.
This class is a slower and slightly less heated version of our hot Vinyasa classes, allowing students more time to connect with their breath, notice sensations in their body, and transition with mindfulness. Do not confuse slow with easy though, as this class will explore the deeper subtleties of effort required to find ease and stillness in the practice. This class is heated to approximately 90 degrees.

This class will help students build strength and muscle endurance by using body weight, rather than dumbbells, in both dynamic and isometric poses. There will be blasts of exercises to improve cardiovascular endurance as well, but with a focus on mindful breathing, form over speed, and quality over quantity, thereby improving overall movement control and coordination. Students will develop a stronger yoga practice as a result, including strength for arm balances and inversions. The class is designed to promote stronger leaner muscle and more functional strength that will help prevent risk of injury associated with everyday activities such as walking, running, sitting and lifting things. This class is room temperature.
