Join Yogasoul co-owner, Cindy Lunsford (See Bio), and several other experienced teachers (local and visiting) for this 200 Hour Yoga Alliance certified Bhakti Vinyasa Teacher Training hosted by Yogasoul Bhakti Center. In this 3.5 month training, we will meet for 8 weekends (Saturday-Sunday) and 7 evenings (Tuesday). Topics covered will include the following: Sequencing and Cueing, Asana Clinics, Anatomy, Subtle Body, Pranayama, Devotion in Action, Mantra, Yoga Philosophy, Harmonium and Kirtan, Bhakti Yoga Philosophy, Business of Yoga and Practice Teaching.

Always drawn to the healing arts, Bobbie Marchand sensed from a young age the power of movement, a meal prepared with love, heartfelt talks and body work. These timeless elements that draw us towards a sense of interconnectedness and deep, innate wisdom. She shares her lived-in, daily practices with a desire to assist others in cultivating their own, unique formula for knowing.
Jaya Jagannath has been practicing Bhakti Yoga for 20 years, 13.5 of which were spent in a monastery. The last 5 years, Jaya has been serving as an educator at the Bhakti Center where he leads webinars, seminars and retreats on the Yoga Sutras, the Bhagavad Gita and other sacred texts pertinent to Bhakti.
Patrick Heffernan is a yoga instructor, personal fitness trainer, performance coach (and a performer himself!). After 10 years as a professional musical theater performer, Patrick pivoted to full time serving others with his yoga classes and coaching services. In 2020 he founded the online yoga community, Journey to the Peak, as well as the dynamic growth group, Journey to You. Patrick completed his 200 hr YTT with Raghunath and Sondra Loring, 300 hr with Matt Giordano and 50 hr Yin with Bernie Clark. Additionally, he is an L1 certified Animal Flow instructor as well as a certified health and wellness coach. His most recent offering, The Performer’s Heart, is designed to help performing artists who struggle with stage fright and nerves build confidence and tap into their performance potential using nervous system/polyvagal theory, mindset and shadow work.
Gabs is a Holistic Health Educator and founder of Soul to Sole Wellness. Through anatomy, life coaching and workshops/trainings her mission is to empower mind-body connection. Gabs specializes in releasing physical pains due to stress, anxiety and grief. She holds her BS in Sports Medicine, MEd in Biomechanics, and is a Continuing Education provider through NASM, AFAA, ERYT & YACEP and NCBTMB.
